Clinical summary: 38 year old 16 week pregnant female diangoised by biopsy to have an invasive squamous cell carcinoma of the cervix. Figure legend:

Tumor size: 4.0 cm diameter
Tumor location: Exocervix
Tumor characteristics: Tan to red and partially ulcerating cervical lesion. An embryo is seen within the amniotic cavity.
