You can place your reprint order by one of the choices (Premier Service, Fax-Mail and E-mail service) described in detail below. Please read the terms for reprint orders before ordering. Services

"Premier Service" platform allows payment in a secure environment. Using this platform, you will be able to place your order for Pay per View (PPV, download a document once "$40) or mutliple times ($49)), one day ($40), one week ($30) or 4-6 week ($15) delivery by E-mail.

PPV-Document selected prior to payment: If you have clicked on a document prior to payment, the document will be down loaded into your browser after payment in the browser.

PPV-Document selected after payment: If you have not selected a document prior to payment, you will receive a code that you can use with a username (Email defined in your order) to download the document online.

1 Day, 7 Days and 4-6 week delivery by Email- Document selected prior to payment: If you have clicked on a document prior to payment, the document will be Emailed to the address defined in the order form within the time frame selected.

1 Day, 7 Days and 4-6 week delivery by Email- Document selected after payment: If you have not clicked on a document prior to payment, selected a document to be Emailed to the address defined in the order form within the time frame selected.
