 Normal growth until 3 weeks after birth
 Fuzzy hair
 Slow movement
 Poorly developed external genitals
 Normal expression of IL-2 receptor alpha at 1-3 weeks of age
 Decreased thymocytes by 6 weeks of age
 Splenomegaly and lymphadenopathy containing large blasting TCR alpha beta T cells by 3 weeks of age
 Spontaneous activation of T cells
 Exhaustive differentiation of B cells to plasma cells
 High serum concentration of IgG1 and IgE
 Serum autoantibodies
 Hemolytic anemia
 Death at approximately 12 weeks
