Click tools on the standard bar
Click customize
Select drawing tools
Select the text wrapping icon () and place it within a toolbar
Click insert on the standard bar
Click "picture"
Click "from file"
Choose the image from your files
Once the image is loaded, click on it
Click on the text wrapping icon
Choose the option you would like to incorporate
