Electronic signature

Now the security conscious can send documents with an electronic signature. The ApproveIt 3.0 from Silanis Technology Inc. can provide electronic signatures for the Microsoft Word. The program is easy to use and provides an electronic signature by clicking on a Word menu option using a pen-based digitizer or mouse. The document is sent with the electronic signature to other individuals. ApproveIt detects and reports any change to the document since it was originally signed. Although, this level of security may be used for legally binding documents, it may not yet be acceptable for wills and real estate documents.
