Tumor size: 16.3 x 10.0 x 7.3 cm.
Tumor characteristics: Light tan mass with multiloculated cystic areas filled with a clear to slightly cloudy fluid. The differential diagnosis of this tumor includes: clear cell carcinoma, secretory endometrioid carcinoma, and less likely, a clear cell variant of endometrioid yolk sac tumor.
