Endophytic lesions

Grows from the retina inward to the vitreous cavity
White hazy mass
No retinal vessels can be visualized

Exophytic lesions

Grows from the retina outward into the subretinal space
Retinal vessels can be visualized
Multinodular white mass
Progressive retinal detachment
